How do I become a member-manager of Poorbirds DAO LLC?

According to the operating agreement and contractual obligations of the LLC, all members of Poorbirds DAO are able to be promoted to a member-manager status if they are contributing a minimum level of work to the LLC. These obligations are in accordance with SEC direction of member-managers.
